Being authentic and transparent can be the scariest thing in life. This is especially true when you are a public figure. But on May 11th, I've decided to release my pains, struggles with depression in an uncensored album and book I've been working on for over 10 years.

With this being Mental Health Awareness Month, I feel that there is no better time to share with the world that over 15 years ago, I attempted to take my life and still think about doing so on a regular basis as I battle depression. Yet it is my hope that this album and book, "Conversations With Jesus Before Suicide" will bring awareness to reality that we can no longer medicate our pain away. Instead we must communicate our pain, and in doing so, we can experience the true healing that is available to all of us.
