Basic Terms of Service (TOS)

Welcome to SMS Novel Films. By using our exposé documentary services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before submitting any story, media, or payment.
1. Eligibility
You must be:
• At least 18 years old, OR
• A legal guardian submitting a story on behalf of a minor.
You agree that all information you provide is truthful to the best of your knowledge.
2. True and Verifiable Stories Only
SMS Novel Films ONLY produces documentaries based on:
• True events
• Experiences you personally witnessed or were directly involved in
• Claims you can verify with documents, messages, screenshots, photos, or other evidence
We may request supporting materials before production begins.
We reserve the right to decline stories that cannot be verified.
3. Client Responsibility for Claims
You understand and agree:
• You are fully responsible for all claims made in your documentary.
• SMS Novel Films documents your story but does not guarantee legal accuracy.
• We do not investigate or confirm allegations independently.
• You agree to indemnify SMS Novel Films against any legal claims arising from your statements.
You acknowledge that your story reflects your personal experience and opinion.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your personal story.
SMS Novel Films owns the documentary film we produce, including all editing, visuals, AI reenactments, and final presentation.
You are licensed to share your documentary as agreed upon.
5. Royalty Payments
For every paid download or sale of your documentary on SMSNovel.com:
• You earn $1 per sale
• Paid daily when possible, or weekly if needed
• Payment method must be provided by you (PayPal, Cash App, etc.)
Royalties apply only to sales made through our platform or distribution channels we operate.
6. Removal Requests & Settlement Negotiation
If the person or organization featured in your documentary requests removal:
• SMS Novel Films may negotiate a private settlement at your request.
• You decide whether to accept or reject any settlement offer.
• You receive 100% of the settlement payment.
• We do not guarantee that a settlement will occur.
7. Confidentiality
We keep all submitted materials private and confidential.
Your documentary will only be released with your written approval.
8. Refund Policy
Because production requires time, staffing, and AI resources:
• All sales and documentary production fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
• If your story is declined before production starts, you will receive a full refund.
9. Marketing & Distribution
By using our service, you grant SMS Novel Films permission to:
• Share a free sample version of your documentary online (with your approval)
• Host the full film behind a paywall
• Promote the film for up to 4 weeks as part of the service
You may also request private or limited release options.
10. No Legal Advice Provided
SMS Novel Films is not a law firm and does not:
• Provide legal advice
• Advise on defamation, lawsuits, or criminal matters
• Confirm or deny allegations
• Act as legal representation
We recommend consulting an attorney if you have legal concerns.
11. Prohibited Content
We cannot produce content that includes:
• False claims
• Unverifiable criminal accusations
• Hate speech
• Threats or harassment
• Content intended to defame without evidence
We may decline any project for any reason.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By using our service, submitting your story, or paying for production, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
