PRICING & REFUND POLICY

At SMS Novel, we make booking simple. For our Life-Story Creation, all transactions are backed by our 15 minutes, no-questions-asked refund policy. If you have scheduled Stabucks & Story with a writer, you can cancel anytime up to 2 hours before your meeting for a full refund.

For our Glasses Rental: you can cancel anytime within the first 24 hours from the moment of booking. If glasses have been shipped, we offer a refund of 75% to cover our shipping and restocking fees.

(Example: If $99 rental is shipped and cancelled, we refund $75 when glasses are returned.)

To complete your order via telephone, please call our dedicated line at 1-800-915-7920. After confirming your booking, you can make your payment via secure link or invoice, using credit or  debit, or any payment platform of your choice.

Receiving Payments: All payouts for film footage are sent electronically between 11pm and 11:59pm EST. All footage must be uploaded by 11:50pm to receive same day royalty payout. Any footage received after this will not be accepted.
