Create Your Own Interactive AI Film

Welcome to SMS Novel Interactive AI Films (“SMS Novel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Create Your Own Film service and all related features. By purchasing, submitting a story, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

SMS Novel allows users to submit a story concept, life experience, or idea to create a custom interactive film. Each film is approximately 15 minutes in length and includes multiple viewer choice points. Films are available for public viewing on our platform and may generate revenue for the original creator. (Upgrades after after checkout)

2. Film Creation Process

• After purchase, you will be prompted to type your story concept or idea into the SMS Novel chat.

• Our creative and AI teams will develop your 60-minute interactive film based on your submission.

• Optional Upgrades: Includes 6 song AI Music soundtrack, 20 minute podcast, 10 minute Zoom interview for promotion, local news press release, and 30 minute audio book based upon your life.

• Film delivery time  typically within 48 hours, though times may vary depending on volume or complexity.

• By submitting a story, you grant SMS Novel the right to edit, adapt, or modify your content for clarity, consistency, and platform suitability.

3. Payment and Earnings

• You will receive $5 (USD) each time your completed film is viewed by another user. Same day payout by 12pm EST.

• SMS Novel reserves the right to verify view counts to prevent fraudulent activity.

• Payment terms and rates may change with notice.

4. Ownership and Rights

• You retain ownership of your original story idea.

• SMS Novel retains ownership of the final film, video production, and AI-generated content created from your submission.

• By submitting a story, you grant SMS Novel a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to distribute, display, and monetize your film on its platforms.

• You may share and promote your film, but redistribution or uploading to third-party platforms without written consent is prohibited.

5. Content Guidelines

You agree that all story submissions must:

• Not include profanity, nudity, hate speech, illegal activity, or violence.

• Not infringe on copyright, trademarks, or the privacy of others.

• Be truthful, original, and created by you.

SMS Novel reserves the right to reject or modify any submission that violates these guidelines or platform standards.

6. Disclaimers

• SMS Novel makes no guarantee of income or viewership.

• Technical errors, platform downtime, or changes in algorithms may affect views and payments.

• All films are created for entertainment, inspiration, and spiritual growth, not professional counseling or advice.

7. Termination

SMS Novel may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or submit content deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or unlawful.

8. Modifications

SMS Novel reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
