Welcome to Sms Novel Films, powered by HAX Streaming Studios. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms, which govern our cinematic production and delivery process.
1. Scope of Service
HAX Streaming Studios delivers a curated library of 20 original films/ebooks/20 song music soundtracks for each film, blending human creativity with advanced technology to bring bold, cinematic stories to life.
2. Non-Generative Production Model
All films offered by SMS Novel Films are non-pre-generated. This means:
1. Films are created only upon purchase.
2. We provide a film trailer, description, and custom art for each title to represent the creative vision prior to your order.
3. The final film is produced using a blend of human curation and advanced technical tools based on the specific title you select.
3. The "One-Hour" Delivery Guarantee
To ensure a personalized experience, the production workflow is as follows:
4. Customization: Upon purchase, the client must answer a set of custom questions to guide the final production.
5. Generation & Delivery: Once the questionnaire is submitted, the film will be generated and delivered to the client within one (1) hour.
Term of Agreement
This agreement and the associated service rights are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial purchase.
1. Payout & Distribution Terms
We maintain a strict schedule for revenue distribution and payouts:
a. Payout Amount: You receive $10 same day payout, by 11:59pm EST.
b. 3rd Party Channels: Payouts for sales made through 3rd party integrated channels are processed Same Day.
c. Direct & Other Sales: Payouts for all other sales are processed 7 days after the transaction date.
2. Intellectual Property
All film trailers, descriptions, and artwork provided are the exclusive property of HAX Streaming Studios and Sms Novel Films.
ANNUAL RENEWAL:
Terms must be renewed annually.
