Terms of Service: Writing, Ghostwriting & Coaching
By booking a session with SMS Novel, you agree to the following terms and conditions for our professional literary and ghostwriting services.
1. Service Scope & Deliverables

Minimum Booking: All in-person sessions require a 2-hour minimum booking to ensure adequate project depth.

Rapid Content Creation: For projects involving ghostwriting, SMS Novel can provide up to 30,000 words of originally written content delivered within 48 hours following the initial strategy session.

Intellectual Property: Upon final payment, all original works created during or as a result of the session belong exclusively to the client.
2. Meeting Locations & Logistics

Standard Meeting Point: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all in-person meetings take place at a Starbucks location of the client's choosing within the United States.

Availability: We pride ourselves on rapid response and can typically facilitate a meeting within 2–5 hours of booking in most major cities.
3. Client Responsibilities

Project Intake: To achieve the 30k-word delivery within 48 hours, the client must provide clear direction, relevant data, or narrative outlines during the strategy session.

Review Period: The 48-hour delivery window begins once the initial 2-hour strategy session is completed and all necessary information has been gathered.
4. Payments & Cancellations

Booking Fee: The service is billed at the agreed hourly rate (minimum 2 hours). Full payment is required to confirm the writer's immediate travel and schedule.

Late Arrivals: Writers will wait for 20 minutes past the scheduled start time. After 20 minutes, the session is subject to cancellation without a refund.

Refund Policy: Due to the immediate mobilization of our writers and the rapid nature of our content delivery, fees are non-refundable once the writer has been dispatched or work has commenced.
5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict professional standards. All discussions, manuscript ideas, and personal details shared during the coaching or ghostwriting process will remain strictly confidential.
