POV Creative – Simple Terms of Service (Choose to receive training to work for POV Creative Content producer. You will be provided daily film tasks to film with the glasses. Once you submit footage daily, receive base pay of $4 per hour for uploaded film footage before 11:59pm EST.)
Compensation: Content Creators earn $4 per one hour of footage. Daily Payouts: Every night between 11 PM and Midnight EST. Requires a weekly rental for $99.99 or $25 one day trial. After 4 consecutive payments, you own the glasses. Cancel anytime. Receive payout per 1 hour upload instantly.
Service Overview: Trainees get paid to create films or media via POV sessions. All work is 100% human-created. Video training takes 1-2 hours.
Renter/Producer: Create footage for POV Creative in your area based on location assignments.
Training: Completion of required online training is mandatory. Includes equipment safety and content procedures. No security deposit required.
Requirements: A cell phone, laptop and reliable WiFi are required. Equipment must be returned within 48 hours of cancellation.
Acceptance: Participation constitutes agreement with these terms. Complete terms within 2 hours or application must be resubmitted.

SMS NOVEL META POV-RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the rental of Meta-style filming glasses for POV content creation. The Participant agrees to a weekly rental fee of $99.99 or a one-day trial for $25.00. No security deposit is required. Under our Rent-to-Own policy, full ownership of the equipment is transferred to the Participant after four consecutive weeks of paid rental.
Equipment may be picked up locally or shipped, with an average transit time of two days. Upon cancellation of this agreement, the Participant is strictly required to return the glasses within 48 hours. Failure to return equipment within this window may result in additional charges. By proceeding, the Participant acknowledges that they must provide their own smartphone and laptop for daily uploads and that all equipment must be handled according to the provided safety training.
