SMS Films — Terms of Service June 2026
Rental & Deposit A $50 refundable deposit is required to confirm your rental. The deposit is returned upon safe return of the glasses in original condition.
Return Shipping Return shipping is the renter's responsibility. SMS Films does not provide return labels. We are not liable for loss or damage during return transit.
Damage & Loss If the Meta Ray-Ban glasses are lost or returned damaged, the renter will be charged an additional $140 fee and the $50 deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.
Deposit Forfeiture Your deposit is non-refundable if glasses are damaged, lost, or returned more than 48 hours late without prior notice.
Footage Rights All footage belongs to the renter. By choosing to publish through SMS Films, you grant us a non-exclusive distribution license.
Privacy Renters are responsible for obtaining consent from anyone captured on film.
