To ensure every participant receives full value and a real path toward ministry opportunities, the SMS Novel Ministry Launch Program includes the following terms:

1. Meet Online With a Ministry Recruiter

All participants will begin the program with a scheduled online meeting (Zoom or phone) with an SMS Novel ministry recruiter.
During this meeting we will:

  • Review your goals and ministry interests

  • Assess your strengths and gifts

  • Establish your 30-day training schedule

  • Answer any questions before starting

This meeting must be completed before training begins.

2. Begin Your Online AI-Interactive Ministry Course

Participants will start our AI-driven interactive ministry course, which provides hands-on training in:

  • Safe Sanctuaries basics

  • Youth & children’s ministry

  • Outreach and evangelism

  • Church communication skills

  • Tech & AI tools for modern ministry

  • Leadership and spiritual development

3. 30-Day Course Duration

The Ministry Launch Program is designed as a 30-day training experience.
Participants must commit to:

  • Completing one 2-hour lesson per day

  • Interacting with AI modules, scenarios, and case studies

  • Completing short reflective assignments as required

4. Weekly Local Ministry Opportunities
