1. Service Description
By booking this service, you are scheduling a 30-minute interactive Zoom session with our online editors to discuss your creative concepts for a 10-minute film remix.
2. Scheduling & Availability

Sessions must be scheduled and completed during our standard operational window: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST.

The scheduled session length is strictly limited to 30 minutes. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeiture of the time slot.
3. Payment Terms

Manual Payment Only: All services must be paid via manual payment methods (e.g., direct invoicing, manual transfer, or alternative offline payment methods as specified at checkout) prior to the scheduled session.

Access to the Zoom Room will not be granted until the manual payment is received and cleared.
4. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Due to the immediate allocation of editing resources and scheduled time slots, we offer no refunds under any circumstances, including cancellations, missed sessions, or dissatisfaction with the creative direction of the final remix.
