SMS Novel Films – Refund & Cancellation Policy (Applies to All Events)
At SMS Novel Films, all experiences are custom-curated and prepared in advance. Because of the personalized nature of our events, the following refund policy applies to all bookings:
🔹 Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund only if:
• You cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled event time
OR
• The event is cancelled by SMS Novel Films for any reason
🔹 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
• You cancel within 24 hours of the event
• You do not show up
• You are late and miss the experience
• You change your mind after booking
• The event has already begun or been completed
🔹 On-Demand / Filmed / Virtual Events
Because staff, talent, filming, editing, and logistics are scheduled immediately after booking:
• All on-demand, filmed, and virtual events follow the same 24-hour rule
• Once production has started, the booking becomes non-refundable
🔹 Payment Method Notes
Payments are collected via Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle.
Refunds (when approved) will be sent back through the same platform used to pay.
