Terms of Service
By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your storytelling experience.
1. The Session

Duration: Your session includes a 60-minute in-person meeting with a designated writer. Booking times are 9am to 7pm EST. Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

Format: The meeting will be simultaneously filmed and interviewed to capture the raw material for your book and documentary.

Location: Meetings are held at a mutually agreed-upon public location (e.g., a local coffee shop).
2. Deliverables & Timelines

The Book: You will receive a 100-page digital book (PDF format) delivered on the same day as your session.

The Documentary: A digital version of your documentary film will be edited and delivered via email/download link within 24 hours of the session completion. *Documentary includes filmed footage from the in-person coffee shop interview, along with original stock and b-roll. (All content is designed to be positive, inspirational, and uplifting.)

Accuracy: Content is based on the information provided during the 60-minute window. Due to the rapid turnaround, extensive revisions are not included in the standard package.
3. Add-On Services (Extras)
The following items are available as optional upgrades:

Audiobook: A digital audio version of your story ($25).

Paperback: A physical, printed copy of your book ($25). Shipping times may vary for physical goods.
4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon full payment, you retain the rights to the personal story and content produced.

Usage: The service provider reserves the right to use short snippets for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt-out in writing prior to the session.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
6. Limitation of Liability

The service is intended for personal storytelling and commemorative purposes. We do not offer legal, historical, or investigative verification of the facts provided during the interview.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are available upon request up to 2 hours before meeting. If cancelled less than 2 hour before scheduled meeting, you will be refunded 50% or $24.99.
