Option 1: The Express Meetup (Dinner & Documentary)
Perfect for a spontaneous date night or a casual vibe. We meet you at your favorite local restaurant for a documentary-style shoot over a meal.
Price: $199 for two people (Food not included).
Includes: A 90-minute meeting and a 30-minute high-quality documentary film about you and your partner.
Option 2: The Studio & Location Shoot
The full "Hollywood" treatment at our local studio or a scenic location near you.
Price: $159 per person.
Includes: * Professional outfit styling, makeup, and a high-end photo shoot.
Genres: Choose from Romance, Comedy, Drama, or pitch your own creative idea.
The Goods: Receive a 1-hour edited film and 200 professional photos within 24 hours.
Option 3: The "Single & Ready to Star" Package
Looking for a co-star? If you’re single, we will match you with a talented local actor to play your romantic lead.
Add-on: Match with a local actor for only $249 total.

Payment Details:
No payment is required upon sign up. We will confirm booking with you via text message after your booking. Upon confirmation, we will send payment link.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SMS Novel, we strive to provide a seamless and professional filming experience. To ensure our crew and resources are properly allocated, we adhere to the following policy:
1. The One-Hour Window

100% Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is requested within the first hour of your initial booking.

After this one-hour window has passed, all bookings are final and non-refundable.
2. Booking Requirements

Advance Notice: All film sessions require a minimum of 2 hours advance notice. We cannot guarantee service for "instant" bookings made with less than two hours' lead time.
3. Rescheduling

If you need to change your filming time, please contact us at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled start. Rescheduling is subject to studio and crew availability.
Film Delivery & Turnaround Terms
To ensure you receive your high-quality, edited film within our 24-hour guarantee, the following terms apply to all SMS Novel productions:
1. The 24-Hour Guarantee

Delivery Window: Your one-hour edited film and (if applicable) 200 photos will be delivered via a secure digital link within 24 hours of the completion of your filming session.

Format: Films are delivered in a high-definition digital format suitable for private viewing, social media sharing, or online distribution.
2. Creative Control & Editing

"Ready-to-Watch": Due to the rapid 24-hour turnaround, our editors focus on a seamless narrative cut of your session.

Final Cut: The 24-hour delivery includes the primary edited version. Any requested revisions or custom post-production effects after delivery may incur additional fees and extend the timeline.

No Memorization Required: Our "No acting experience" policy means our editors work to capture your most natural moments, ensuring a polished final product without the need for retakes.
3. Ownership & Privacy

Full Rights: Upon delivery, you hold the rights to your film.

Usage: You may keep the film as a private keepsake, or you have the express permission to share or sell your content online.

Storage: SMS Novel will maintain a backup of your film for 30 days. We recommend downloading and saving your files immediately upon receipt.
4. Technical Requirements

Valid Contact Info: A valid email address or mobile number capable of receiving large file links is required at the time of booking to ensure on-time delivery.
Note: For "Express Film" bookings at your specific location ($99 extra), the 24-hour clock begins the moment the crew departs the site.
