Terms of Agreement: Reality Date Program

By participating in the Reality Date program, the Participant agrees to a structured one-hour filmed dating session for SMS Novel Films. Compensation is set at a flat rate of $25 per hour for the initial sixty minutes of the engagement. Any time spent with the date match beyond this first hour is considered personal, voluntary, and strictly unpaid by the company. All earned compensation will be disbursed via the participant’s designated digital payment method no later than 11:59 PM EST on the same calendar day as the session. Usage of Meta Glasses for the duration of the paid hour is mandatory, and all resulting footage remains the exclusive property of SMS Novel Films for editing and monetization purposes.

Video Consent & Release Statement

By participating in this session, I hereby grant SMS Novel Films the absolute right and permission to film, record, and photograph me. I understand and agree that the resulting stories, footage, and digital media are the exclusive property of SMS Novel Films and may be edited, sold, and marketed online as official company products. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished versions and acknowledge that my participation constitutes a full release of all usage rights for commercial and promotional purposes.
