    2. Pricing:
       The cost of the SMS Novel Drone Stream TV service is $1299.99 for the entire 30-day duration. Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of services.

    3. Duration of Service:
       The service will be provided for a period of 30 days from the date of payment. The client will have access to two hours of daily live streaming during this time.

    4. Live Stream Link:
       Upon payment, the client will receive a unique live stream link for their property, event, or business. This link will allow viewers to access the live stream during the scheduled broadcast times.

    5. Pilot Chatroom:
       Clients will have access to a pilot chatroom during the live stream, where they can communicate with the pilots in real-time, provide feedback, and receive instant updates. The pilot chatroom is intended for communication purposes only and must be used respectfully.

    6. Alert Notifications:
       The client will receive alert notifications from the pilot chatroom, providing updates and important information regarding the live stream. It is the client's responsibility to monitor these notifications and take appropriate action as needed.

    7. Weather Provision:
       SMS Novel Drone Stream TV adheres to strict safety protocols regarding weather conditions. Drones cannot be flown in bad weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, strong winds, storms, or low visibility. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the live stream may be postponed or canceled for safety reasons.

    8. Legal Restrictions:

Drones cannot be flown in areas where we are legally unable to fly, including restricted airspace, private property without proper authorization, and other designated no-fly zones.
