SMS Pop Up Film Studio Terms of Service

Welcome to SMS Pop-Up Film! We are thrilled to have you join us in creating unique, faith-inspired cinematic experiences. By participating in any of our film events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Royalty Payout: All files with astericks will be sold and streamed with each actor receiving 10$% royalty monthly for all direct sales and streams. 

 

1. Reservation Requirements To secure a spot in an SMS pop-up film event, all bookings must be made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled filming date. This ensures sufficient preparation for all aspects of production.

 

2. Minimum Participation Each film event requires a minimum of eight (8) participants. This quota is set to ensure the quality and viability of the film production.

 

3. Event Cancellation and Refund Policy If the minimum participation requirement is not met, SMS Pop Up Film reserves the right to cancel the event. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation notice.

 

4. Distribution and Royalties Films produced during SMS Pop Up Film events are not for sale. They will be distributed for free on streaming platforms, emphasizing the spread of Christian values rather than commercial gain. As such, no royalties or other ongoing compensation will be provided to participants.

 

5. Complimentary DVD Participants will receive one (1) complimentary DVD copy of the film. This DVD is for personal, non-commercial use only.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights All footage, performances, and creative content developed during SMS Pop Up Film events remain the intellectual property of SMS Novel Film Studio. Participants grant SMS Novel Film Studio the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for any purpose related to the studio's objectives, including but not limited to promotion, marketing, and public viewing.

 

7. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the event. SMS Pop Up Film promotes a safe and inclusive environment that reflects Christian values.

 

8. Alteration of Terms SMS Novel Film Studio reserves the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes that affect their participation or the use of the content produced.

 

By participating in SMS Pop Up Film events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above. We look forward to creating meaningful and inspirational films together!
