       - Each booking includes the development and publishing of a book.

    2. Book Page Allocation:
       - A 1-hour booking includes the creation of a 100-page book.
       - A 2-hour booking includes the creation of a 200-page book.
       - A 3-hour booking includes the creation of a 300-page book.

    3. Booking Process:
       - Clients are required to schedule an in-person meeting with one of our writers, as specified in the booking process.
       - The meeting duration determines the page count of the resulting book, as outlined in Section 2.

    4. Content Sharing:
       - Clients are encouraged to share their life story, experiences, and insights during the scheduled meeting to ensure a comprehensive and engaging narrative.

    5. Royalties and Ownership:
       - Clients will receive $7 in royalties for each copy of the published book sold.
       - SMS Novel retains the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the created content for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    6. Payment and Refund Policy:
       - Payment for services is due at the time of booking.
       - Refunds are subject to the SMS Novel refund policy, available on our website. Turnaround time for completion of all books is 7 days.

    7. Client Responsibilities:
       - Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the in-person meeting to facilitate the creation of their book.
       - Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are the client's responsibility.

    8. Modification of Services:
       - SMS Novel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services, including page allocation, at any time.

    9. Confidentiality:
       - SMS Novel respects the confidentiality of client information shared during meetings and will not disclose such information to third parties without explicit consent.

    10. Governing Law:
        - These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
