  • SMS Novel: Pure Drone Music Video Experience - Terms of Service

    1. Booking & Confirmation:

    • All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
    • A confirmed booking ensures availability of our drone services for the specified date and time.

    2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee.
    • Refunds will only be available if the drone arrives more than 60 minutes after the scheduled start time.

    3. Refund Criteria:

    • Refunds will be processed only under the condition that the drone arrives 60 minutes or more past the scheduled session start time.
    • Any dissatisfaction with the final video product, due to its purely drone nature, is not grounds for a refund.

    4. Safety & Compliance:

    • All participants and on-site individuals must adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory compliance.
    • Failure to comply with safety protocols may result in the cancellation of the session without refund.

    5. Drone Exclusive Footage:

    • The music video will consist solely of drone footage, ensuring an authentic and uninterrupted visual experience.

    6. Additional Costs:

    • Any additional participants added to the session will incur a charge of $19 per person.

    7. Delivery:

    • The edited music video will be delivered within 24 hours of the session's conclusion, barring unforeseen technical issues.

    8. Liability:

    • SMS Novel is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the drone session, including but not limited to equipment malfunctions, accidents, or natural events.

    9. Amendments:

    • SMS Novel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

    10. Acceptance:

    • By booking a session with SMS Novel, clients acknowledge and accept these terms of service in their entirety.
